Gebhardt Development is proposing a full block development called the Galaxie on the old Don Miller auto dealership site on the 800 block of East Washington Avenue. The parcel was orginially purchased by the city under a land banking deal with the idea of pursuing a full block development. The city put the property up for sale through an RFP process. Gebhardt's proposal was selected over two others submitted by CD Smith and Terrence Wall.

The developer is now engaging the neighborhood and the city on the final design phase.
