Tenney Lapham Housing

The first house in the Tenney Lapham neighborhood is believed to been built in 1837 at 803 E Gorham St. From 1837 to 1899, another 238 homes were added to the neighborhood. By 1910, there were 566 T-L homes, and by 1920, a total of 775 homes. It is estimated that in 2018, there are now 1030 distinct homes (excluding apartment complexes with more than 4 units).
